When you call me with your insurance needs, I answer the phone. There's no customer service rep that puts you on hold with music. Most of my new customers were referred to me by my current customers! If I'm on the phone and you call, you may either leave a message and I'll call you back, or if you don't want to leave a message I'll return your call through caller ID. My customers are my business, and retention is very important to me. If you receive a renewal that is higher than you think it should be, or just a question on your premium, I ask my customers to call me. I will shop for a better rate for you. If you still want to check other companies that's fine. I have many companies, and from time to time they will increase, or decrease their rates! I always try to treat my customers the same way I would wish to be treated! I have working relationships with other carriers, and if I can't help you, or if I think their rate is better, I will give you their name, and number! |
